Jamf Pro Content Change Request

If you have any questions, please contact Phil Redfern.

Proprietary Jamf Pro directory binding is supported. However, ITS recommends converting your bind deployment to a Configuration Profile. For more information, please contact a Jamf Pro Administrator.

eBooks, iBooks, and PDFs are hosted on a secure HTTPS server for download by the Jamf Pro system. Once your item has been posted ITS will generate the shell configuration for you in Jamf Pro that you can use for scoping deployment.

To upload a printer configuraiton you will need to schedule remote session with a Jamf Pro Administrator by completing this form. These sessions typically take 5 minutes to complete. You can upload multiple printers per session.

Printer Naming – Printers uploaded to Jamf Pro should use a unique naming standard to provide a clear description of the printer and avoid naming conflicts.

ITS recommends the following format: "Site Name"-"Building Code"-"Room Number"-"Model"-"Description".

Naming Example: UNL-ITS-BH205-IR3225-CanonCopier
