Learning Spaces Associate #1221 (5 Positions Open) - CITY CAMPUS
Primary responsibilities include providing support to students and faculty/staff by email, phone, support tickets, or in person. Secondary responsibilities include troubleshooting problems with software, operating systems, computer hardware and network connections for faculty, staff and students. Must maintain a broad and continually evolving knowledge of technology, policies, procedures, and end user education. Work area is in ITS Computer Labs.
SALARY/HOURS: $8.40/hour for 15-20+ hours/week (12 hours minimum).
