All individual service issues should be reported to the ITS Computer Help Center via mysupport@unl.edu,  in-person visit or by phone (402) 472-3970 or toll-free (866) 472-3970.  All submissions will receive an email ticket confirmation.  Issue status may be reviewed using your MyUNL credentials at http://mysupport.unl.edu
