  • Shared workstation or computer lab desktop/laptop computer
  • DeepFreeze to maintain steady computer state
  • System fully managed remotely by specialists using centralized client management tools, including configuration and settings changes, software installation, software and operating system updates, and security patching
  • Onsite support as needed when remote support is not available
  • Device replacement assistance includes device selection, ordering assistance, inventory updating, system preparation, data backup and transfer, and proper disposal of obsolete equipment
