Hosted Desktop Support
$221.40 per user/device per year
Requires Departmental SLA
- Includes all support provided under Basic Support
- Virtual operating systems and applications delivered from secure central data center
- Supports all client devices, including thin clients, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Installation, upgrades, updates, and maintenance of operating system and applications
- Software installation (user department responsible for software license fees)
- Support for connection of local USB peripheral devices
- Support for connection of network drives and printers

Computer Lab Support
$308.40 per user/device per year
Requires Departmental SLA
- Includes all services provided under Basic Support
- Shared workstation or computer lab desktop/laptop computer
- DeepFreeze to maintain steady computer state
- System fully managed remotely by specialists using centralized client management tools, including configuration and settings changes, software installation, software and operating system updates, and security patching
- Onsite support as needed when remote support is not available
- Device replacement assistance includes device selection, ordering assistance, inventory updating, system preparation, data backup and transfer, and proper disposal of obsolete equipment

Managed Desktop/Laptop Support
$450.00 per user/device per year

- Administrative user rights
- System fully managed remotely by specialists using centralized client management tools, including configuration and settings changes, software installation, software and operating system updates, and security patching
- Onsite support as needed when remote support is not available
