Accessing a shared auxiliary (organization account), room or equipment reservation account
SHARED ACCOUNT REQUEST FORM (LOGIN ACCESS)
To access the account in Outlook 2016/ 2019 / O365 (Windows)
- Go to File > + Add Account.
- Enter the name of the shared auxillary account, the email and your password. Click Next to continue.
- Once the account is connected, click Finish.
The mailbox will now show up in Outlook.
To access the account in Outlook 2016 / 2019 / O365 (Mac)
- Go to Outlook menu and click Preferences.
- Click the Accounts icon.
- Click the + in the lower left corner select New Account.
- Enter the email of the shared auxillary account and then click Continue.
- Enter your email and password connected to the account and click Login.
- Once the account is connected, click Done and exit the Accounts screen.
The mailbox will now show up in Outlook.
To access the account on the web
- Open your Outlook Web App at https://login.microsoftonline.com and login with your campus credentials <username@campus.edu>.
- Click on your name in the upper right hand corner. Click on Open another mailbox... and enter the email address of the shared account.
