Hotspot Feature

Please use below form to request the addition or removal of the hotspot feature. The hotspot feature is $10 per month and is prorated. This feature is available for individual plans only.

If multiple accounts are tied to one bill, please use the NU ID of the billing account.
Enter the phone number you would like this feature added to or removed from.
Select if you would like to provide only an add date or if you would like to include an add and removal date. If you elect to do the add and removal, this allows you to select a predetermined end date for the feature. The requested dates must be during business days.

Stipulations Acknowledgement Required
This feature is available for lines on individual plans only. If you're not sure what plan you have with us, please call or email and we can verify for you. This feature bundles with your current data plan and counts towards your data usage.
