Please submit this form if you would like to freeze your T-Mobile line for $10/month. Freezing your account allows you to keep your phone number while suspending service without billing your current plan rate. You are allowed to freeze your account for a maximum of 60 days per calendar year. T-Mobile requires approval through their internal team to add the freeze so please submit the form at least five business days prior to the day you'd like the freeze to go into effect. The freeze will begin at 8AM on the date that you provide (cannot be on a weekend or holiday). You will receive an email as confirmation that your request has been processed.
To unfreeze your account you will have to notify us by submitting the removal request here. Accounts will automatically unfreeze at 60 days and begin billing your regular plan if not requested earlier by you. If your line is in contract adding a freeze will extend the contract for the amount of time the freeze is in place.
