The ITS Client Services team has dedicated staff available in Help Centers on all three campuses to assist faculty, staff, and students with various IT services. Please contact the Help Center for technical support with any university service if you're unable to find the information you need on this site in the Services Catalog or Knowledge Base.

Eligibility

Students, faculty, and staff are eligible for support from the ITS Help Center.

Location

ITS has Help Center locations on campus in Kearney, Lincoln, and Omaha.

Remote Support Hours

The Help Center team is available by phone Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 7:00PM, except on university holidays

Limited phone support is available nights and weekends from our after-hours answering service.

You can open a ticket at any time, day or night, using a request form through this client portal or by emailing support@nebraska.edu
