Partnership Fee MOU for UNL Organizations
This Memorandum of Understanding is entered into between said Organization and NU Digital Signage, a profitless group of the University of Nebraska. The parties agree to work together under the leadership of the NU Digital Signage Committee.
The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding is to identify the amount of cost sharing required by said Organization, and to confirm Organization’s commitment to provide sufficient and allowable cost sharing. Amount of Cost Sharing
Organization will provide cost sharing in the following categories:
- Digital Signage Infrastructure System Administration
- FWI Software License
- Virtual Servers
- Remote Support Software License
Net Chargeable Items: $44,008.36

Cost per Partner: $126.46 per month
Participation in this Cost Sharing Initiative provides said Organization access to Digital Signage system infrastructure, display templates, and shared display template development. Failure to renew commitment will result in termination of access to services.
Said Organization is responsible for all costs related to display, player, enclosure, and other equipment purchases. Said Organization is responsible for all costs related to installing power, data ports, and other infrastructure needs. Said Organization is responsible for all costs related to physical setup and installation of display, player, enclosure, and other equipment. Said Organization is responsible for all custom content development, including (but not limited to) building maps for wayfinding, Organizational images, videos, data feeds, and other local content types. The Steering Committee is responsible for coordinating payment for common elements, including (but not limited to) the UNL digital signage template design, template content elements (such as header or footer graphics), and system infrastructure.
This agreement will automatically terminate if the initiative is not funded. If funded, this MOU will remain in full force and effect until all cost sharing commitments have been met.
Said Organization agrees to provide the required cost sharing identified above, and will comply with the terms of this MOU. Cost sharing will be recalculated each year to account for fluctuations in costs, additional costs, and increases or decreases in user participation.
