Digital signage is a way of electronically displaying information on a screen. They can be found in public spaces, transportation systems, museums, stadiums, retail stores, hotels, restaurants, and corporate buildings etc., to provide wayfinding, exhibitions, marketing, and outdoor advertising.

Digital Sign Support Request

Thank you for completing this form. It will expedite your assistance by routing your support request directly to the NU Digital Signage team. By providing your NUID, your contact information will automatically populate in the support ticket. After you submit the request you will receive a ticket creation confirmation email from support@nebraska.edu. You may also receive follow-up communication from that address if the Digital Signage team needs more information from you or was able to resolve the issue.

Before submitting the form, please check your sign player's status in FWI Cloud:

  1. Log into FWI Cloud
  2. Go to the Devices module
  3. Browse the devices folders to find the sign player experiencing the problem
  4. Look for the Status of the device
  5. If the device is reported as Offline, please contact your local IT support for assistance with getting the sign player back online
