The Digital Learning Center Exam Commons provides a large-scale, web-based assessment service for instructors in two locations. On City Campus, in the Love North building, rm. 132 of the Adele Coryell Hall Learning Commons. On East Campus in the basement rm. 005 of the Dinsdale Learning Commons. There is an on-site manager, as well as student workers who provide front-desk services for the student users. There are 174 computers available for testing at the City Campus Location and 36 seats available at the East Campus location. Both locations provide private room accommodations.
The Exam Commons strives to be as user-friendly, technologically intuitive, and distraction-free as possible for students. All exams must be reserved by the instructor 2-week priors to the examination period. All testing times are pre-scheduled by students in advance. All students are responsible for registering for their exams and early sign-up is recommended.
