Use the below form to request an upgrade for existing UNL T-Mobile service. The displayed prices are only available on the $55/month T-Mobile plan. If your service is not through UNL please visit https://its.unl.edu/huskertech/new-cell-service/ to sign up on our plans.

If you would like the phone shipped to an out-of-state address, please contact us directly via email to place the order. Additional shipping and handling fees may apply. A $25 activation fee is applied to all phone orders.

I understand that upgrading will move my line to the $55/month plan. I have read and agree to the below T-Mobile contract terms and conditions.

Contract obligations include but aren't limited to the following: An upgrade phone order will move you under all T-Mobile contract stipulations and place your line in a new 24-month contract. A plan change may be required. You must be on the $55 plan to upgrade at the discounted phone price. The new contract starts the date you activate the phone and not the date the phone is ordered or received. The early termination fee in the first 12-months of this contract is $500, after 12-months it is $250. In the event you are no longer a student at UNL or employed by the University of Nebraska System you will no longer be eligible for service through Huskertech, however your contract will still apply. We will provide at least two weeks notice before your service is terminated. Termination fees will apply to any lines in contract. T-Mobile phones are locked for the 24-month contract period.
