Verizon Minute Change

Use the below request form to change your minute plan. Please note this change must be made on the beginning of the billing cycle (the 23rd of each month) and requests will only be accepted for the current billing cycle or for the next month's billing cycle. If you are wanting to change minutes to cover any overages for a bill that has already been issued, please email us at to facilitate the request.

For example, a minute change intended to cover calls for the month of February would be requested on January 23rd.
