Upcoming Change to Payment Policy

Effective July 1, 2020, checks, cash, and in-store payment will no longer be accepted for your service bill. After this date, all payments must be submitted through our online bill pay site. We apologize for any trouble this change may cause but believe it is the best option going forward.  Online payments are secure, convenient, and efficient. 

 

For added convenience, we recommend our Autopay service. 1 With Autopay you will continue to receive a monthly statement by email but your payment will be automatically processed on the 3rd day of the month.2  The $1.00 Administrative Billing Fee will also be waived while you are enrolled in Autopay.

To make a one-time payment

 

Go to https://its-onlinepay.unl.edu.

  1. Click on “Login to UNL” and enter your my.UNL credentials.3
    1. In the field with the dollar amount, type the amount you would like to pay at this time.
    2. Click “Pay Now.”
    3. Enter your payment card information.
    4. Click Pay.
    1. If you do not have my.UNL credentials, click on “Continue as Guest”
  1. If your account does not appear, click on “Add a Customer ID.” Your Customer ID is AR########.
  2. On the Customer ID Accounts screen,


To enroll in Autopay 1

 

Go to https://its-onlinepay.unl.edu.

  1. Click on “Login to UNL” and enter you’re my.UNL credentials.3
  2. If your account does not show up, click on “Add a Customer ID.” Your Customer ID is AR########.
  3. On the Customer ID Accounts screen, Click “Enroll.”
    1. Read and accept the terms.
    2. Enter your payment card information.
    3. Click Save.

 


 

Autopay is only available to customers with my.UNL accounts at this time. Guests can make a one-time payment.

 

2 If the 3rd falls on a non-business day, your payment will be processed on the nearest business day.
