T-Mobile Cancel Request

Use this form to request to cancel your cellular service. Please note that canceling your service will cancel your phone number and you will not be able to transfer it to a different carrier. If you are interested in transferring the number, please use this link instead. Early termination fees may apply and will be billed to your account if your line is still under contract. You will receive up to two more invoices due to usage. If you would like to know if your line is out of contract, please contact the store at 402-472-5151.

T-Mobile will only cancel service on the last day of the cycle (20th of the month) and will not prorate.

T-Mobile service cancels can only be done on the 20th of the month, if that falls on the weekend it will be done the weekday closest to the 20th (18th or 19th). Cancels cannot be for a previous date, a date that falls on a weekend, or a holiday. Cancels submitted after 5pm will be processed and canceled the next business day.
