Scanning Services Assistant - ITS is currently seeking a Student Assistant for Scanning Services in the Digital Learning Center of Love Library North. Primary job responsibilities include the processing of course tests and evaluations taken on Scantron (“bubble”) sheets, which entail scanning, correcting errors, scoring, and preparing documents for electronic delivery. Some light office work and customer service desk duties are also involved.

QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent customer service skills, adherence to UNL confidentiality standards regarding sensitive information, and the ability to perform duties accurately, responsibly, and be able to work independently. A functional knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and proficient keyboarding skills, are required. Federal Work-Study preferred but not required.

 PAY/HOURS: $10/hr. We are looking for immediate and summer availability. Prefer mid-day shifts, 10 hrs/week immediate, 20-25 hrs/week summer.  Possibility exists of continuing into Fall semester with more flexible shift options.

Marketing Assistant (Huskertech Store) - ITS is currently seeking a Marketing Assistant for the HuskerTech Phone & Computer store. Primary duties include creating ads, store signage, social media posts, etc., to assist the Computer and Phone store in their marketing campaigns. 

QUALIFICATIONS: Experience creating marketing material and experience using InDesign. Advertising experience preferred. Federal Work-Study preferred but not required.

PAY/HOURS: $10/hr. Up to 15hrs/week during the academic year. Summer hours required

AV Design Assistant - ITS is currently seeking an AV Design Assistant. Primary duties include data entry experience for purchasing, product inquiries, and answering phone calls in a customer service setting, scanning, filing, copying, updating/creating spreadsheets and reports for ITS AV Design team. Additional duties will include special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent communication and organizational skills, data entry and/or billing experience, technical assistance, special projects and basic knowledge of accounts receivable.

PAY/HOURS: $10/hr. Up to 20hrs/week during the academic year. Summer hours possible.
