Customer Service Rep (Huskertech)
ITS is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for Huskertech. Primary duties include providing customer support in the UNL Computer & Phone Shop including, but not limited to, assisting with purchases, returns, and product or service inquiries.
QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent customer service skills, sales, data entry, billing, technical assistance, special projects, deliveries and advertising experience. Federal Work-Study preferred but not required.
PAY/HOURS: $10/hr. Up to 29hrs/week during the academic year. Summer availability preferred.
