DIGITAL LEARNING CENTER (DLC) SUPPORT ASSISTANT (LINCOLN)
ITS is currently seeking a Support Assistant for the Digital Learning Center in Love Library North. Primary duties include assisting UNL students at the DLC reception desk for check-in, check-out, and general assistance. Duties also include, but are not limited to, general communication with student users and faculty members, maintaining exam security, and providing general support for the student testing experience.
QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent customer service skills, adherence to UNL confidentiality standards regarding sensitive information, and ability to perform duties in a courteous, friendly and professional manner. Applicants must be reliable and organized with excellent attention to detail. A functional knowledge of computers, including hardware/software trouble-shooting and proficient keyboarding skills, are required. Federal Work-Study preferred but not required.
PAY/HOURS: $10/hour. Up to 29hrs/week. Regular semester hours are scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:45a to 10:00p, Saturdays from 12:45p to 5:00p, and Sundays from 12:45p to 10:00p.
LOCATION: Lincoln, City Campus
TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE (OMAHA)
ITS is currently seeking a Tier 1 Technical Support Representative. Primary duties include providing technical support to students and faculty/staff by email, phone, support tickets, or in person; including troubleshooting problems with software, operating systems, computer hardware, and network connections.
QUALIFICATIONS: Highly motivated and driven to provide excellent customer service, ability to maintain a broad and continually evolving knowledge of technology, policies, procedures, and end user education. Federal Work-Study preferred but not required.
PAY/HOURS: $10/hr. Up to 20hrs/week during the academic year. Summer hours possible.
